Super Bowl Sunday

Today greeted us with 3-4 inches of snow in Boulder.  Luckily for Lisa, the weather cleared in Los Angeles and her half marathon offered up blue skies and warmer weather. 

Lisa managed to beat her goal time of 2:00 hours despite her shin splints, clocking in at 1:58 - Way to go, Sweetie!

Sam, JJ, and I went to the North Boulder Rec Center for some more swimming.  The big news of the day was JJ going down "the big yellow slide" all by himself.  He was nervous but he pulled it off...about 23 times :-)

I spent my time at the bottom of the slide fetching him everytime he came down with a giant smile on his face.  Sam pulled this off the day before; first doing it with me and then doing it herself...about 23 times.
